What feels like many moons ago, I took myself up to Aviemore in the Highlands of Scotland. Looking for inspiration for a textile project that would become a big part of my degree show at Art School. The outcome was this, a short run of Buff's printed though the companies custom printing service. The adventure neckwear was inspired by the woodlands and forest of Glenmore and Inshriach. And would not have been possible without the funding and support of the The Printing Charity

I had the immense pleasure a couple of years back of designing this punk feminist doughnut logo for Ellie Dubois’s award winning gymnastic circus performance 'No Show'. A really fun project to be a part of.

Kawakawa - a handy wee New Zealand native plant. My day job is currently as a nursery worker at a native plant nursery and I love the smell of the Kawakawa when we're prepping it for potting. On my travels round the South Island of NZ at the beginning of this year I tried Kawakawa tea for the first time and loved it! I really love expanding my foraging knowledge here in New Zealand.

Logo design for community spoon carving club.

Green woodworking using traditional hand carving and pole lathe techniques had been this clients side hustle for years. Before side hustles were on trend. As well as revamping a previous ventures logo and branding. I worked with him to design and illustrate the logo for his new venture.

The Logo has now been used on various club garments including T-shirts, Hoodies and leather aprons.

After the initial sketch stage, we went through several concepts. Combining some graphic elements from previous branding from his other ventures and new illustrations and hand written typography.
