How cool is this, some real mahi by the owners of Human Movements Fitness Centre putting in the hard yards to show they are walking the talk and have been doing so for 35+years. They both come from teaching backgrounds and show that with their continued work with people from different capabilities, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ members.
Such an honour to be working with them on this.
