Site Inspection | July 3, 2026
Another productive site visit completed by AIE Solutions as we continue helping our clients improve their monitoring and automation systems.

During our site inspection, we discussed two key project requirements:

1. Temperature & Humidity Monitoring via Client Laptop The client requires the existing Horner PLC/HMI temperature and humidity data to be accessible from a laptop. Our proposed solution is to connect the Horner PLC to the company's LAN network and integrate it with the existing server infrastructure, allowing authorized users to conveniently monitor the process through a web browser.

2. Warehouse Environmental Monitoring The warehouse requires four temperature and humidity sensors to continuously monitor different areas. The system will display real-time values on the HMI, automatically log historical data, and save backup copies to a USB storage device for easy retrieval and record keeping.
