CUSTOMER ADVISORY:

To our valued subscribers, please be informed—yesterday, November 4, 2025, the President of the Philippines directed the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to "be vigilant and prepare" for the expected Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against public cyber infrastructure today, November 5, 2025.

DICT has activated Oplan CyberDome to ensure that digital services of the government and privately operated critical information infrastructure, such as banks, telcos, etc. are protected and ready to respond to any DDoS attacks.

As this was ordered, DICT warns that we may possibly experience intentional crashing of several websites, internet slowdowns, and disruptions in the country.
