🧐 Ever tried Google-ing "How to start a startup in the Philippines?"

Chances are, most of the results you’ll find are about starting traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. While those are great, what about resources for starting a tech or innovative startup from scratch? We often talk about scaling, funding rounds, or pitching to investors, but what if you're just in the "I-have-an-idea-but-don't-know-where-to-start" phase?

🤔 There seems to be a lack of resources for aspiring founders—those who need guidance on how to validate ideas, build a team, or navigate the legalities of setting up a tech startup in the Philippines. Most of the content available is from abroad, and while helpful, it’s sometimes out of context for the Filipino aspiring founder.

🌱 We need more local resources for Day Zero, the would-be startup founders in the Philippines, not just for those who already have a startup up and running. Hope to bridge this gap and provide practical, relevant, and culturally aligned insights for those looking to take that first crucial step.

🔍 For the OG founders, if you were to go back to Day Zero knowing what you know now, what are the first few things you would do (or not do) to start your startup?
