(With links where I bought them, health is wealth)
Super dami kong nakikitang namamatay na mga VA pero here are the supplements I take to stay normal on my annual labs
Fat-Soluble Vitamins (With Meals)
Vitamin A, D, E, K β Fat Soluble, take with meals
Water-soluble vitamins (Morning, Empty Stomach, With Water)
Vitamin B, C (maximum dose 2,000) β Water Soluble, take in the morning on an empty stomach with water.

However:
Vitamin C or B-complex may cause nausea if you have a sensitive stomach. In that case, taking them with a light snack is fine.

Vit D + K2 + Mg β Helps deposit calcium in bones and activates vitamin D
