Something non-food this time. Gouache on paper.

I'm posting this now because I'm about to tackle the details and I'm stressing a little. I find that I like my works better when I sketch the details neatly before painting, which I didn't do here. I'm mostly freehanding this and I'm not sure I trust my skills just yet to pull this one through without messing up. 😅 We'll see. 😱

A video of my earlier post. If you look to the right, you can see the box where I keep my rice. I used it as a stand to hold my phone in position to capture this video. 😂 I have two tripods that I purchased for this purpose but both aren't strong enough to carry the weight of my phone at a certain angle. 😭
