The sole recognized representative of its members in relation to the Administration, Student Councils, and other organizations inside and outside the university. The Organization shall organize its members in activities with commitment, competence, and compassion, which will promote academic excellence, academic freedom, socio-cultural formation, civic and moral awareness, and active participation
in issues essential and important to the Church and academic community. As a recognized organization, is dedicated to the development of committed, competent, and compassionate communication scholars that carry the values of the Church as they progress through their careers. The association aims to be a rich training ground for aspiring media and communication practitioners and to equip CASANS with necessary knowledge and skills in the industry. More than an academic society, it also aims to magnify the versatility and creativity of the members of its academic community. Operating under a Catholic institution that promotes professional and moral formation, envisions itself as an avenue to utilize communication as an art, a science, and a service to the community through the various projects and activities it holds. Moreover, the Association envisions itself as a redefining medium for its members to become competent and adept members of the media industry that advocate for social transformation through their line of work.
