Bagong Namayan is our project during Architectural Design 8 course featuring a Mixed Used Developments and supporting buildings.
Rebuilding urban settlements in Santa Ana, Manila, is an opportunity to blend modern sustainability with the district’s rich cultural heritage. Our approach addresses the needs of informal settlers while enhancing community resilience and sustainability. By focusing on resilient housing, inclusive planning, efficient land use, and sustainable transportation, we aim to create a vibrant urban environment.
