Issue:

No display on boot.

During troubleshooting, we found that the PC powered on normally once the motherboard was removed from the case. After carefully reinstalling the motherboard and rearranging the cables and components, the system powered on successfully.

⚠️ PC Repair Update | No Power Issue

A customer brought in a PC with a no power issue.

✅ After troubleshooting, we found that the motherboard powers on normally outside the case, indicating a short circuit between the motherboard and the chassis.

We’ll continue inspecting the standoffs, mounting points, front panel connections, and I/O shield to locate and resolve the issue.

PC Issue:
While gaming, the PC suddenly turned off. After that, it had no power and no display.

Services Performed:
• Cleaned and reseated the RAM
• Reinstalled and reseated all internal power and data cables
• Replaced the CMOS battery
• Reapplied thermal paste
• Deep cleaned the PC

Result:
The PC is now powering on and displaying normally after the repair.

The PC on the left has no display whether the GPU is installed or removed. After testing the GPU in a known working test bench, it displayed normally.

This confirms the GPU is functioning properly. The issue is with the PC itself, which requires further troubleshooting to identify the faulty component.
