Smartlink Solar Showcases Sustainable Energy Solutions at the National Disaster Resilience Month Summit Expo 2026
In line with the celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month this July, Smartlink Solar successfully participated as an exhibitor in the NDRM Summit Expo held at the Crown Legacy Hotel in Baguio City. Anchored on this yearβs national theme, βNaghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas,β the event gathered various stakeholders, government agencies, and private sectors to tackle and showcase proactive measures for disaster risk reduction and community preparedness.
During the expo, Smartlink Solar established an interactive booth to highlight the critical role of renewable energy in building resilient communities. The company showcased its latest solar technology innovations, emphasizing how off-grid and hybrid solar power systems serve as vital lifelines during natural disasters when traditional power grids fail. By providing uninterrupted power for emergency lighting, communications, and basic necessities, solar energy transitions from being just a cost-saving alternative to an essential tool for disaster mitigation and survival.
Representatives from Smartlink Solar engaged with local government unit (LGU) officials, disaster responders, and community leaders who visited the booth. The team discussed practical solar installation solutions and accessible financing options, such as government loan facilities, aimed at making clean energy more attainable for both public infrastructures and residential homes. Through this exhibition, Smartlink Solar reinforced its commitment to supporting the nation's goal of proactive disaster readiness, proving that sustainable energy is a foundational pillar for a safer, smarter, and more resilient tomorrow.
