The HRDD conducted a World Café Activity in line with the plan of implementing the IDP or Individual Development Plan as part of its transition towards a competency-based human resources division.

The activity is aimed to gauge the stakeholder’s buy-in for the IDP through the open and meaningful discussion of the IDP in a collaborative environment.
