Nina Comsti,
Throwback to 2020 - For more than a decade, Nina has been a fixture in the entertainment industry. But when the pandemic hit, all events were canceled.
One day, she chanced upon a news article where rotting carrots π₯π₯π₯ were just being thrown away while people in her neighborhood have nothing to eat.
A few days later, GULAY PARA SA LAHAT was born.
Together with Project Agapay , Nina was able to connect with happy farmers from Benguet who willingly picked, packed, and delivered supposedly non-moving goods into relief bags; each contained 4 kilos of vegetables and 2 kilos of rice. πΎ
From an initial goal of 300, they ended up distributing 800 bags. These were distributed to orphanages, displaced musicians, and live events personnel, places where government help hasnβt arrived.
You, too, can be a part of this project. would like to discover more people like Nina, who champion the farmers and possess the passion for helping their precious crops to buyers who can do a collective buy.
