Important Notes:
Account Due Dates: Your account is due every 20th of the month.
Service Disconnection: If your account remains unpaid by the 26th of the month, your service will be temporarily disconnected.
Reconnection Fee: A reconnection fee of P100 will be applied for any service disconnections, including those due to late payments.
We understand that service interruptions can be inconvenient, and we strive to minimize any disruptions. These measures are implemented to ensure the fair and efficient operation of our services for all subscribers.
