Please be informed that the last day of regular enrolment for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 is on August 1, 2026.

Starting August 3, 2026, a penalty will be imposed on late enrollees.

All students are strongly advised to complete their enrolment on or before the regular deadline to avoid incurring additional charges.

ADDING AND DROPPING PROCEDURE
First Semester, SY 2026–2027

Based on the approved enrolment schedules for First Semester 2026–2027, the Adding and Dropping of Subjects period will run from July 24, 2026 to August 1, 2026 only. This schedule also covers the encoding and printing of approved petitioned subjects.

📍 Step 1
Kumuha ng Adding and Dropping Form sa Registrar Window 3, Admin Building.

📝 Step 2
Kumpletuhin ang form at ilagay ang sumusunod:
✅ Semester at S.Y. (School Year)
✅ Date
✅ ID Number (Student Number)
✅ Pangalan
✅ Course at Year Level
✅ Mga subject na IDADAGDAG (ADD) at AALISIN (DROP)

Halimbawa ng Subject Details:

• Subject Code: GECC 1 (Subname / Subject name)
• Course Description: UNDERSTANDING THE SELF (Subject title)

Pagkatapos sa Cashier, pumunta sa Encoding Section (Gymnasium) para sa pag-print ng Enrollment Form.
