We’re hiring a Business Development / Sales Intern at Code Huddle

A major part of this role will be working on Upwork: identifying good opportunities, understanding client requirements, preparing personalized proposals, handling follow-ups, and helping turn conversations into real sales opportunities.

But the role goes beyond Upwork.
You’ll also get hands-on exposure to:
• LinkedIn lead generation and prospect research
• Cold email and outbound campaigns
• Lead qualification and follow-ups
• Client communication
• Proposal preparation
• CRM and sales pipeline management
• Researching companies, industries, and decision-makers
• Understanding how software services are positioned and sold

We’re looking for someone who is curious about sales, technology, and people, someone who wants to understand why a client would choose one company over another, rather than simply sending proposals all day.
Previous Upwork or sales experience is definitely a plus, but good communication, research skills, consistency, and willingness to learn matter more.

Pakistan’s technology future is not just being discussed. It is being built here!

Two of us attended Indus RAS Expo 2026 in Islamabad, where they explored physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, digital twins, simulations, and Robots as a Service across industries such as GovTech, DeepTech, HealthTech, defence, and cybersecurity.

One of our team members also had the opportunity to meet Federal Minister for IT & Telecom Shaza Fatima Khawaja and other ministers.

The strongest takeaway was simple:
Before becoming AI-first, organisations must become data-first.
They also connected with startups and students, sharing how Code Huddle can support founders in building credible products and help emerging talent find a clearer path into the technology job market.

We experienced Pakistan’s progress and want to help more Pakistanis become part of it.
