**Position Overview:**
Net Cloud Dadu Internet Service is seeking a skilled Fiber Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber optic networks, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install and terminate fiber optic cables for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of fiber networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Document work performed, service orders, and customer feedback.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
- Experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance is a plus.
- Knowledge of network systems and cabling standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
