Multiple Watershed Delineation – Gilgit Region (GIS Analysis)
I recently completed a hydrological GIS analysis to delineate multiple watersheds in the Gilgit region. Using DEM-based watershed analysis, I identified drainage networks, stream orders, sub-basins, and outlet points to better understand the spatial distribution of water flow in the region.
This work highlights how geospatial techniques can support watershed management, environmental planning, and sustainable water resource analysis in mountainous regions. 🗺️
