NTC Independence Day Poster Competition 2026
Theme: Celebrating 79 Years of Pakistan’s Independence
To commemorate the 79th Independence Day of Pakistan, the National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) proudly announces a call for poster designs.
Cash Prizes will be awarded to winners
Eligibility
The competition is open exclusively to currently enrolled university students.
Submission Deadline
Date: 10 August 2026 (Monday)
Time: Before 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Submission Method
Email your single entry as an attachment to [email protected] with the subject line: "NTC Poster Competition 2026 – [Your Full Name]".

Poster Specifications
Dimensions: A2 (420 × 594 mm); Portrait or Landscape orientation.
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at full scale.
Color Mode: CMYK (mandatory for print accuracy).
File Format: High-Quality PDF (preferred) or High-Resolution JPEG. PDF/X-1a format is strongly recommended to ensure print fidelity.
Maximum File Size: 20 MB.
Key Note: Shortlisted designs will be printed for a physical exhibition. Please ensure your digital file is technically perfect for large-format, high-quality printing.
AI Usage Policy
To ensure a fair and ethical creative process, the following distinction applies:
Permitted: The use of AI-assisted tools for non-generative editing is allowed (e.g., minor retouching, upscaling resolution, or color correction).
Prohibited: The primary creative concept and core visual elements must not be generated by text-to-image AI models. A submission’s originality and core human authorship are paramount and will be strictly evaluated.
Deadline: Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
Final Decision: The decision of the judging panel is final and binding. By submitting an entry, participants fully accept all terms and conditions of this competition.

National Telecommunication Corporation, as part of the Government of Pakistan's efforts to strengthen flood emergency responsiveness, has established a dedicated Flood Emergency Call Centre under the initiative of Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication.
NTC has been entrusted with receiving emergency calls, ensuring uninterrupted communication to support timely relief and response operations across affected areas.

Following the flood emergency declared by the Ministry of Interior, NTC activated its emergency response mechanism. Special coordination meetings were convened, and necessary directives were issued to ensure uninterrupted communication services in affected areas, including Skardu and Islamabad.

NTC remains committed to supporting relief and emergency response efforts by maintaining resilient telecommunications infrastructure and ensuring reliable connectivity where it is needed most.
