Project Manager – Odoo
Karachi, Pakistan | Full-time | Onsite
About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Odolution (Odoo Gold Partner), you will be responsible for leading and overseeing ERP functional operations, ensuring the successful ex*****on of projects, high client satisfaction, and seamless coordination between cross-functional teams. You will manage project workflows, supervise functional consultants, and ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into robust and efficient Odoo ERP solutions.
This role demands strong leadership, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Odoo ERP projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
Supervise and guide functional consultants in daily operations and project activities.
Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and provide suitable ERP solutions.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure smooth ex*****on.
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, ERP, CA, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in ERP/Odoo functional consulting or project management.
Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP implementation processes.
Proven experience managing teams and handling client communication.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Good understanding of Odoo modules and business operations.
Nice to Have:
Odoo certification or other ERP-related certifications.
Experience working with international clients and remote teams.
Exposure to business development or client onboarding processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
