Hexsoltech is seeking experienced, confident, and target-oriented Senior Front Sales Executives for our Design Sales Campaign. If you have a proven track record in international sales and experience handling leads from Bark and SMM, we'd love to hear from you.
📍 Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
🕐 Shift: Day Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)
🎯 Monthly Sales Target: £5K – £10K
👥 Gender: Male & Female (Both Can Apply)
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Communicate with international clients via calls and chats
✅ Convert leads generated through Bark and SMM campaigns
✅ Sell design services including Logo Design, Branding, and Web Design
✅ Understand client requirements and recommend the best solutions
✅ Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
✅ Coordinate with the marketing team for efficient lead management
🎓 Requirements
✅ Proven experience in international sales (Mandatory)
✅ Hands-on experience handling Bark and SMM leads
✅ Design sales experience will be an advantage
✅ Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
