Experience

2–3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networks.

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls.
Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Fortigate Firewall in customer’s enterprise network environments.
Good knowledge and working experience on End Point Protection.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Configure and support in customer’s network environment.
Troubleshooting Skills.
Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and health checks.
Provide Presales and Post sale support.
Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports.
