We are proud to announce that Supernet Technologies Limited (STL) has successfully achieved a significant milestone in its corporate restructuring journey. Following approval from the High Court of Sindh, the merger of Supernet Limited (GEMSPNL) into STL has now been formally completed. Effective April 1, 2026, GEMSPNL has been delisted, with STL continuing on the Main Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange

This strategic amalgamation simplifies our corporate structure, strengthens operational synergies, and reinforces a unified direction for future growth.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our shareholders and partners for their continued trust and support throughout this transformation.

Leadership Update:
Supernet Technologies Limited (STL) has appointed Jamal Nasir Khan as CEO, effective March 3, 2026, following the merger of Supernet Limited into STL. Jamal Nasir Khan, who has served as CEO of Supernet Limited since November 2021, will now lead the consolidated organization through its next phase of growth and transformation.
The merged entity will continue trading on PSX as STL under the brand Supernet Global.
