Respected Members,

With reference to the meeting with Director General Parks and Horticulture regarding pruning of trees, we would like to inform you that we DG Parks said due to overload of work the process of pruning of trees will be slow.

For immediate pruning of trees, he gave us another option that the concern department can give us labour for pruning on our (Advertisers) own cost.

Following is the cost of per board for pruning

We therefore request all SOAA members that if you want to do pruning of trees on urgent basis with the acceptance of above mentioned charges, kindly let us know and submit an application on your company letterhead along with a list of your Advertisement Devices (road wise) alongwith payment in SOAA office OR in M/s Sign ways (Mr. Aamir Siddiqui, General Secretary) within a week

Sindh Outdoor Advertisers Association is going to hold its important General Body Meeting which is scheduled to be held on 17th July 2012 (Tuesday) at Arena Club (Jharoka Hall) near Karsaz at 04.00 PM, We cordially invite all our respectable member to defiantly spare some time at given time and date to attend the meeting to honor your newly elected Managing Body of SOAA.

4- Current Working in all the Authorities (KMC, CBC, CBF, KCB, KPT etc.)
5- Proposed Tax Increase by KMC/CDGK (defunct)

We humbly request our all the respected members to be participate in the meeting with preparation and stick to Agenda so that we can conclude our General Body Meeting with good memories as well as your valued comments/proposal on which we can build our future strategies. Please also note that Hi-Tea will be served after the meeting.
