We are looking for Sales Exper For Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA)/ Debt Management (DM) Agents For UK Timings
Job Discription:
Who is qualified?
Any individual having more than 10,000$ as debt under credit card, personal loan or any other unsecured loans.
Must not have filed bankruptcy in the last 5 (FIVE) Years. If they have filed bankruptcy they must be ready to get discharged from it to qualify for this program.
Must not be under any other debt settlement program
Must be willing to pay at least 250$ a month towards this program
Must be either employed or receiving any benefit. They should have a source of monthly income, could be employment/business/benefits
Must be willing to speak to the debt settlement advisor for at least 2 minutes after transfer
What type of debts are accepted?
Credit Cards
Unsecured loan
Personal Loan
Any loan or debt that does not have a mortgage or any type of physical/commodity-based guarantee
Requirements:
Previous collection and/or customer service experience
Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls/dialers
Comfortable working with targets/goals
Ability to negotiate payment terms/settlements
Patience and ability to manage stressful situations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in negotiation / Problem-solving skills
Personal motivation that determines your income and ultimate potential
