Job Title: Business Development Manager (Remote-Commission Basis)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our remote team. This role encompasses business development activities for our IT Services (Web App Development, SEO, SMM, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, AI) and Tax and Business Consultancy (NTN Registration, Income Tax Solutions, Sales Tax Solutions, Company Registration, Chamber of Commerce Membership, Trademark Registration, Import Export License, FBR, SECP matters).
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of both business segments. This is a commission-based position, offering a competitive rate of 20%, payable upon the client's full payment for the services rendered.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition for IT Services:
Identify and engage potential clients for Web App Development, SEO, SMM, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and AI services.
Articulate the unique value proposition of our IT Services to prospective clients.
Client Acquisition for Tax and Business Consultancy:
Identify and engage potential clients for Income Tax Solutions, Sales Tax Solutions, Company Registrations, Chamber of Commerce Memberships, Trademark Registrations, Import Export License, and other FBR, and SECP matters.
Clearly communicate the breadth and depth of our Tax and Business Consultancy services.
Sales and Deal Closure:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both IT Services and Tax and Business Consultancy to meet and exceed sales targets.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
Facilitate the closing of deals, ensuring a smooth transition to project implementation or consultancy services.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships in both IT Services and Tax and Business Consultancy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful delivery of services.
Qualifications:
1. No specific degree is required.
2. Any professional can apply to earn extra income.
3. Any University or College student can apply to gain some experience and improve sales and marketing skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements:
Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if needed).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
Commission Structure:
A competitive commission rate of 20% will be provided upon the client's full payment for the IT Services or Tax and Business Consultancy. The commission will be a one-time payment per successful transaction.
