Resource Service Group is looking for talented individuals to join our team as Email and Call Agents! 📧📞

If you enjoy helping customers and have excellent communication skills, this might be the perfect job for you! Your main task will be handling customer queries for customers in the USA, UK, and Canada, focusing on e-commerce stores with pure inbound customer support (no sales targets involved).

Here are the details:
- Email Agents: Salary starting at 35K with the potential to earn up to 50K plus incentives.
- Call Agents: Salary starting at 45K with the potential to earn up to 60K plus incentives.

Note: Incentives depends on Kpis.

Evening and Night shifts with a 9-hour workday. You'll get one day off per week, which can be scheduled according to the team's availability.

Location: 17/11 N Gulberg-2 Lahore (Near Ramada Wyndham Hotel at Pepsi Factory Road).
