๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Identify and pursue relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
โข Craft tailored proposals to secure project contracts and drive business growth.
โข Manage client relationships from initial engagement to project completion.
โข Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for job conversions.
โข Maintain an up-to-date and optimized profile on Upwork.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
โข Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
โข Strong understanding of Upwork platform policies and best bidding practices.
โข Exceptional attention to detail in bid preparation and project assessment.
โข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
