Phi Horizon Tech & Services team was honored to be invited to the Evaluation and Certificate Distribution Ceremony at Arfa Karim Technology Incubator (AKTI), Peshawar.

The event marked the successful completion of three-month training programs in Data Science, Social Media Marketing, and Graphic Designing. As part of the evaluation panel, our team had the opportunity to assess the students' final projects, technical knowledge, and practical skills acquired throughout their training journey.

We were pleased to see the quality of work presented by the students and commend AKTI for delivering a well-structured curriculum that aligns with current industry requirements. The participants demonstrated strong technical capabilities, creativity, and enthusiasm, reflecting the dedication of both the students and trainers.

In addition to the evaluations, the Phi Horizon team conducted an interactive session with the graduating students, sharing practical industry insights and career guidance. We discussed how fresh graduates can position themselves for entry-level opportunities, build strong portfolios, prepare for interviews, establish their professional presence, and acquire clients through freelancing and networking platforms.

As industry professionals, we believe that technical skills alone are not enough; understanding market demands, professional communication, and career strategy plays an equally important role in long-term success. It was a pleasure to share our experiences and help students gain a clearer roadmap for their professional journeys.

We thank the management and team at Arfa Karim Technology Incubator for the invitation and their continued efforts in developing skilled talent for Pakistan's growing digital economy. We congratulate all graduates on their achievements and wish them success in their future careers.
