Job description
Kodev Technologies is seeking candidates for the position of Business Development Executive. The role requires a candidate with expertise in acquiring new clients for the company and maintaining business client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, backed by evidence of excellent negotiation skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Accommodation: Available upon request.

Salary: Competitive within the market.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of popular freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
Ability to effectively bid on projects using persuasive sales techniques.
Generating leads through bidding.
Following up with clients.
Preparing proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for awarded projects.
Maintaining daily statistical reports.
Scheduling meetings with clients and coordinating with the sales team to close deals.
Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Business Development.

Proven track record in the complete sales cycle, including deal closing.
Demonstrated sales success.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is preferred.

We offer Software related services (Software development, Mobile App Development, Framework Development, Ecommerce Web Solutions, UI/UX & Development.),
we are looking for bidding experts who could win projects from online portals. Online bidding expert on Freelancer.com Up work, Fiver, People per hour, Guru, Portals (for Software development, Mobile App Development, Framework Development, Ecommerce Web Solutions, UI/UX & Development etc projects preferred)
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through the bidding platform and email.
Develop a deep understanding of our services and bring in new business through various social media platforms.
Create and submit proposals for each individual customer.
Proactively identify customer needs and trends.
Manage existing relationships with customers.
Update customer information in the CRM.
Monitor and analyze competitors' bids.
Evaluate bids and respond to clients with the best solution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar disciplines or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 year of experience in online bidding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Working experience with Upwork, Fiverr and other online freelancing platforms.
