وہ اعلان جس نے Wall Street کے ہزاروں CA اور آڈیٹرز کی نیندیں اڑا دیں

اگر آپ Chartered Accountant ہیں، آڈیٹر ہیں، یا فنانس کے شعبے سے کسی بھی طرح جڑے ہوئے ہیں، تو یہ پوسٹ آپ کے لیے کسی الارم سے کم نہیں۔

5 مئی 2026 کو Anthropic نامی AI کمپنی نے ایک ایسا اعلان کیا جس نے بینکنگ، انشورنس اور فنانس کی پوری دنیا کو ہلا کر رکھ دیا۔ خبر آنے کے چند گھنٹوں میں FactSet کا حصص 8 فیصد سے زیادہ گرا، Morningstar اور S&P Global کے شیئرز بھی نیچے آ گئے۔

سوال یہ ہے، آخر ایسا کیا ہوا کہ مارکیٹ میں اتنی ہلچل مچ گئی؟

Anthropic
نے اپنے Claude AI کے 10 ایسے ایجنٹس لانچ کیے ہیں جو وہ تمام کام کر سکتے ہیں جو آج تک ایک تجربہ کار اکاؤنٹنٹ، آڈیٹر یا فنانس اینالسٹ کرتا تھا۔

یعنی KYC چیکنگ، Pitchbook بنانا، Credit Memo تیار کرنا، Financial Modeling، Valuation Review، General Ledger Reconciliation، Month-End Closing اور Financial Statement Auditing۔
یہ سب کام اب AI خود کر رہا ہے، وہ بھی دنوں میں نہیں بلکہ گھنٹوں میں۔

اور یہ کوئی خام تجربہ نہیں۔
Goldman Sachs، Citi، Visa، AIG، JPMorgan Chase اور Citadel
جیسے بڑے ادارے پہلے ہی اسے اپنا چکے ہیں۔ Walleye Capital نامی Hedge Fund کے 400 میں سے 100 فیصد ملازمین روزانہ Claude Code استعمال کر رہے ہیں۔

زمینی حقیقت کیا کہتی ہے؟

World Economic Forum کی Future of Jobs Report 2025
کے مطابق Accountants اور Auditors اُن چند پیشوں میں شامل ہیں جو 2030 تک تیزی سے سکڑ جائیں گے۔

اسی رپورٹ میں Accounting، Bookkeeping اور Payroll Clerks کی ملازمتوں میں تقریباً 20 فیصد کمی کی پیش گوئی کی گئی ہے۔

Stanford University
کی 2025 کی تحقیق بتاتی ہے کہ AI سے متاثر ہونے والے جونیئر عہدوں میں صرف دو سال کے اندر 16 فیصد بھرتیاں کم ہو چکی ہیں۔

KPMG
کا Clara پلیٹ فارم اب 50 ہزار میں سے 50 invoices چیک کرنے کی بجائے پوری 50 ہزار transactions کا مکمل تجزیہ کرتا ہے، وہ بھی منٹوں میں۔

PwC
کے گلوبل سروے کے مطابق جن لوگوں کے پاس AI skills ہیں، اُن کی تنخواہ ایسے ساتھیوں سے 56 فیصد زیادہ ہے جن کے پاس یہ skills نہیں۔

اب آپ کو کیا کرنا ہے؟

بات بالکل صاف ہے۔ AI خود آپ کی نوکری چھیننے نہیں آیا، لیکن وہ شخص جو AI استعمال کرنا جانتا ہے، وہ ضرور آپ کی جگہ لے لے گا۔

پہلا قدم۔ آج ہی Claude، ChatGPT اور Microsoft Copilot جیسے tools سیکھنا شروع کریں۔ Claude اب براہِ راست Excel، Word اور PowerPoint کے اندر بھی موجود ہے اور آپ کا روزانہ کا کام آدھے وقت میں مکمل کر سکتا ہے۔

دوسرا قدم۔ صرف Data Entry اور Reconciliation تک محدود نہ رہیں۔ Advisory، Strategic Planning، Forensic Accounting، AI Audit Reviewing اور Compliance Oversight جیسے شعبوں میں مہارت پیدا کریں۔ یہ وہ کام ہیں جہاں AI کو آج بھی انسانی فیصلے کی شدید ضرورت ہے۔

تیسرا قدم۔ Prompt Engineering سیکھیں۔ آنے والے سالوں میں ہر فنانس ٹیم کو ایسے لوگوں کی ضرورت ہو گی جو AI سے درست سوال کرنا اور اُس کے جواب کو پرکھنا جانتے ہوں۔

اور پاکستان کا کیا حال ہے؟

ہمارے ہاں آج بھی اکثر CA اور آڈیٹرز روایتی Excel sheets اور دستی calculations پر کام کر رہے ہیں۔ جبکہ بھارت، فلپائن اور بنگلہ دیش جیسے ممالک کے فنانس پروفیشنلز AI tools میں خود کو تیار کر چکے ہیں اور بین الاقوامی کمپنیوں سے remote بنیادوں پر بھاری معاوضے کا کام لے رہے ہیں۔

اگر ہم نے آج خود کو نہ بدلا، تو کل عالمی Outsourcing Market میں ہماری جگہ کوئی اور لے لے گا۔

ایک سچی بات سن لیں۔ AI نے ابھی تک کسی پروفیشنل کی نوکری نہیں چھینی۔ لیکن وہ پروفیشنل جو AI سے انکار کر رہا ہے، دراصل وہ خود اپنے کیریئر کی قبر کھود رہا ہے۔ وقت اب بھی ہاتھ میں ہے۔ فیصلہ صرف آپ کا ہے۔

اگر یہ پوسٹ آپ کو مفید لگی تو ایک کام ضرور کریں۔ اسے Share کر دیں تاکہ پاکستان کا ہر CA، ACCA student، فنانس manager اور آڈیٹر یہ پیغام پڑھ سکے۔ آپ کا ایک Share کسی نوجوان کا کیریئر بچا سکتا ہے۔

آج کے دور میں AI کو نظر انداز کرنا، اندھیرے کمرے میں بیٹھ کر سورج کی روشنی کو گالی دینے جیسا ہے۔ آپ AI کو اپنائیں یا نہ اپنائیں، اس سے اس کی رفتار میں کوئی فرق نہیں پڑے گا—فرق صرف آپ کے مستقبل کے سکڑتے ہوئے دائرہ کار میں پڑے گا۔ 📉

یاد رکھیں، جب دنیا ٹائپ رائٹر سے کمپیوٹر پر آئی تھی، تب بھی کچھ لوگوں نے کہا تھا، 'یہ سب عارضی ہے۔' آج وہ لوگ کہاں ہیں؟

۔AI کوئی جادوئی چھڑی نہیں ہے، یہ ایک سپر پاور ہے جو آپ کے وقت، محنت اور صلاحیتوں کو دس گنا بڑھا سکتی ہے۔ جو آج اسے اپنی انگلیوں کے اشارے پر نچانا سیکھ لے گا، وہی کل کا حکمران ہوگا۔ 👑

خوف کی زنجیریں توڑیں! یا تو آپ AI کے ساتھ آگے بڑھیں گے، یا پھر تاریخ کے اوراق میں پیچھے رہ جائیں گے۔ انتخاب آپ کا ہے، کیونکہ وقت کسی کا انتظار نہیں کرتا۔ 🚀
