Brand-new drop from Maylis Bernard (Zeroine) is officially in our warehouse.
Wines are on absolute pinnacle of new wave producers from Jura and produced in very limited amounts with same uncompromising low-intervention philosophy.
The Return of the Favorites:
Ju Cremant 2020 – The same great vintage as last year, but with an extended 4 full years on the lees before disgorgement. Incredible depth, racy orchard fruits, limestone minerality and miso umami notes.
Ju Cha 2022 – The new vintage of this beautiful Chardonnay from few top vineyards around Rotalier. Very tense with explosive fruit, touch of creaminess and long salty finish. Spends almost 3 years aging in old demi muids.
The Newcomers:
Ga Ga 2022 – A super refreshing, vibrant Gamay from southern part of Beaujolais. Light, incredibly juicy, and bursting with fresh red berries and lively acidity.
Ju Pi 2023 – A pure, energetic Pinot Noir from Jura. Expect a delicate expression of bright red fruits, soft tannins, and elegant floral notes with a touch of earthiness.
Ju Sa 2022 – 100% Savagnin combining immense power with off-the-charts acidity, textbook spicy, floral and nutty combinations. Spends almost 3 years aging in old demi muids.
Ju Sa Ox 2018 (Ultra-Limited!) – The crown jewel. Rare Savagnin aged for 6 years, including 4 years sous voile (under a veil of yeast). Complex, vibrant, and full of pure umami hedonism.
