We are Elgrow; a group of specialists who have created a number of cool web projects.Our head web-studio is located in Yekaterinburg (city on a boarder between Europe and Asia) but the trends and experience we follow are far Europran. Our main specialization is developing web sites. We provide services in Ekaterinburg, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other cities in Russia. Also we work in Europe (Cze

ch and some other countries). Among our clients are international corporations. Despite that fact, that we are specializing on complex web services and startups, our team does not consist of a large number of people. Today we have 9 specialists in our team. Nevertheless, every member has at least 5 years of experience in creation of websites. Besides experience our specialists have professional education (for example architectural education and not only) and they attnedx regular trainings abroad. Self-cultivation is the Zen, which we are constantly following. So, website development in our team is not a mere process of profit-making, but science and art at the same time. We love all internet users, so while creating websites we put the emphasis on ensuring that the interaction with the site leaves only pleasant and efficient experience for the visitor. To do this, we carefully study both the interface and all the possible variants of human behavior, and then develop a unique, responsive web design, program and test the project till the final creation of the site and only then run it fully ready to work. We never save up on production resources: In our work we use only the best and up-to-date hardware and software. We're following the release of new devices and graphics packages, up-dates of programming languages, frameworks, cms and other tools in order to keep improving our product. With this approach, the creation of sites is almost ideal and the end result provides positive experience for both you and the users of your website. We start every project not with the intention of merely "meeting the deadlines" but "doing more within the established price and time frame". To implement a truly complex projects we can work 24/7, sometimes stopping only for lunch and sleep, but not often. We are inspired by the successful solution of the tasks that nobody solved before us. We believe that this is the proper pratise of site development.
