• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Communications or Information Systems field ;
• At least five (5) years of full-time work experience directly related to BC planning with Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Emergency Response (ER), Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) or Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development, Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, and BC Program administration/management of steady-state BC activities; i.e. BC/ DR testing, training, and reporting, etc.
• Preferably, have experience with audits conducted by regulatory bodies, taking on a lead role;
• Minimum 2 years people management experience
• Experience working in the financial industry in similar capacity;

The Content Engineer is an experienced Splunk Architect. They work during normal business hours and are responsible for the development of content in Splunk. For an engineer to operate at this level, they should have a background in providing overall engineering and design support for large distributed Splunk environments (4 TB+ daily volume) consisting of heavy forwarders, indexers, and search head servers, spanning security, performance, and operational roles. The content engineer supports the full system engineering life-cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, documentation, and implementation following defined best practices and operational workflows.

Specialized Experience and Functional Skills:
1. 5 years of experience with Splunk, network security, system security, and supporting security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
2. Demonstrated experience in the implementation of information engineering projects; systems analysis, design, and programming using standard tools and methods
3. Demonstrated experience in the creation of complex detection and alerting logic and log source onboarding for security-focused.

Education and Certifications:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, or other related scientific or technical discipline is desired. Four (4) additional years of general experience (as defined above) may be substituted for the degree.
2. Mandatory Certifications: Splunk Certified Admin, Splunk Certified Power User, Splunk Certified Architect.

The L2 analysts are the experts in a rostered shift and seek support from L3 and L4 escalation teams during times of critical and high severity incidents. For an analyst to operate at this level, they should have a background in threat detection, triage, and containment of cyber-attacks. They are responsible for an accurate triage and timely resolution within committed SLAs.

Specialized Experience and Functional Skills:

1. Three years of previous experience as a Cyber Threat Researcher or Cyber Intelligence Analyst.

2. Research experience in tracking cyber threat and malware campaign activity.

3. Ability to create, modify, and implement YARA signatures.

4. Strong understanding of Operating Systems and Network Protocols.

5. Working knowledge of database and operating system security.

6. Understanding the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.

7. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; coordinating resources and ensuring scheduled goals are met.

Education and Certifications:
