Black screen flickering happened on Mac mini. Tried to change various settings but still doesn't work. Turned out it is the HDMI cable. HDMI cable need to support 4k with 60hz refresh rate. After testing a few cables, found out the right one which works.

How to import PST files?

To import PST files, you can use the Microsoft Outlook import and export wizard. Here are the steps to do this in Outlook 2019 and 2016:

Open Outlook and go to the File menu.
Select Open & Export and then Import/Export.
Select Import from another program or file and click Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
Browse to the location of the PST file you want to import and select it.
Select the folder you want to import the PST file to, or create a new folder.
Click Finish to complete the import process.
