Are you currently operating a paper bag machine or have experience with SOS / square-bottom bag production? This is your chance to join a fast-growing manufacturing company with strong career potential!

💼 We want operators who can:
✔ Run and set up Holweg Weber (or similar) bag machines
✔ Handle kraft paper (single/multi-layer) with precision
✔ Ensure perfect bag quality – dimensions, glue, alignment
✔ Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime
✔ Maintain high output with low waste

💪 You’re a good fit if you have:
▪ Experience in paper bag / packaging machines
▪ Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
▪ Background in flexo, corrugator, slitter, or laminator machines (welcome!)
▪ Eye for quality and attention to detail
▪ Willingness to work shifts
