We were established almost three years ago as an IT hub to provide an end-to-end service and operations support to our commercial banks and other companies in South East Asia and Pacific Ocean areas. Since then, we have grown our scope and provide expert level core banking consulting and implementation services along with the ability to provide hosting in a tier 3 data center based in the region.

We have built on this solid foundation to become a reputable and successful IT Hub to serve our commercial banks in APAC region and beyond (Lao, Djibouti, Fiji, Vanuatu...) To further enhance our abilities, we have now implemented a development center in Bangkok.

How can we add not only more years to life, but more life to those years? 🌿

On 18 August, BRED IT Thailand held another Lunch & Learn session on Longevity, exploring the difference between chronological and biological age and the practical choices that can support healthier living.

But longevity is about much more than simply living longer.

Dr. Ittikorn Rojdamrongratana, a family medicine specialist, shared practical insights into movement, nutrition, sleep and stress, encouraging participants to turn what they learned into a realistic 30-day action plan.

Thank you to Dr. Ittikorn, Friday consulting and everyone who joined the session, contributed to the discussion and shared thoughtful questions.

At BRED IT Thailand, learning extends beyond technology. It also means helping our people build the knowledge and habits that support their wellbeing—at work and beyond.

A little care goes a long way. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

This August, our Employee Welfare Committee arranged an Office Syndrome Massage activity for colleagues at BRED IT Thailand, with sessions taking place on 13, 14 and 26 August.

The massages are provided by visually impaired massage therapists, allowing us to support their professional work while giving our colleagues a chance to step away from their desks, ease the aches that come with long hours in front of a screen, and recharge.

It is a simple activity with benefits on both sides: supporting employee wellbeing while contributing to greater opportunities for people with visual impairments.

Wrapping Up July with a New Space and New Energy.

How did we get from exchanging goods to making payments in seconds? 💸 💵

On 15 July 2026, we held a Learn & Launch session: Introduction to Digital Banking Payment Solutions, exploring how payments have evolved—from barter, coins and banknotes to the fast-moving digital ecosystem we know today.

But digital payments are about much more than replacing cash.

They can make transactions faster, safer and more convenient, while reducing costs, improving accessibility and creating greater traceability. They can also support financial inclusion by extending financial services to communities where access and connectivity remain limited.

With the payments landscape evolving rapidly, the opportunities for meaningful innovation continue to grow. At BRED IT Thailand, our digital payments team is working to turn those opportunities into practical, customer-focused use cases.

Celebrating our people, our progress, and our new workplace at BRED IT Thailand

On 8th July 2026, we brought together more than 300 BRED IT colleagues for our July Townhall — a meaningful moment to connect, celebrate achievements, and look ahead together.

The session highlighted the strength of our teams and the momentum we are building across the BRED ecosystem. From welcoming new joiners and recognizing our 2026 promotion cohort, to sharing our 2026–2027 Strategic Plan, the Townhall reflected what makes BRED IT a great place to work: talent, collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition.

We also celebrated major project achievements across AI, core banking transformation, digital banking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and international delivery — all made possible by the expertise and commitment of our teams.

A special highlight of the day was the celebration of our newly renovated BRED IT office. Designed to support collaboration, focus, flexibility, and employee experience, our refreshed workplace reflects the way we want to work together: more connected, more agile, and more empowered.

At BRED IT Thailand, we believe that continuous learning is one of the keys to staying relevant, confident, and impactful in a fast-changing technology environment.

Through our Learning & Development benefit, our colleagues are encouraged to take ownership of their growth — whether they want to strengthen current skills, explore new areas, or prepare for future opportunities.

Recently, Khin-Yadanar KHIN, Manager – Product Owner, and Johanna TOURNADRE, Senior Engineer – Data Analyst, applied this mindset through online learning.

Yadanar completed courses in product strategy, growth, product discovery, AI-enabled product thinking, analytics, rapid prototyping, and UX research design with Figma. Her learning helped strengthen her strategic thinking and data-driven approach to product decisions.

“Continuous learning is important in a fast-changing industry, and this benefit provides a great opportunity to stay updated with new trends, technologies, and best practices.”

Johanna completed a UX/UI course on Coursera to enhance her Power BI capabilities. She has already applied what she learned by improving dashboard storytelling, visual consistency, and report clarity, helping users better understand and act on information.

“Technical training remains very important, but we should not overlook soft skills training, such as communication, as it helps us collaborate better on a daily basis.”

Their experiences reflect how learning can move beyond the course itself and create real workplace impact. We continue to support a culture where people can learn, grow, and turn knowledge into value.
