EU AI Act becomes fully enforceable in August 2026. For teams collecting web data for AI pipelines, sourcing and traceability documentation is still incomplete.
The issue is infrastructure: which IPs are used, how requests are routed, and what gets logged all affect whether a pipeline can be audited. If logging isn't built into the system, compliance becomes something you reconstruct, not something you demonstrate.
At scale, reconstruction is unreliable. You can’t audit a pipeline retroactively if it doesn’t record its behavior.
These infrastructure questions are becoming a recurring topic in conversations at Prague Crawl, where Proxy-Seller will be participating.
