Response of SiamAI to Bloomberg News Report of May 8, 2026
SiamAI is aware of recent press reports attempting to link the Company to certain shipping conduct that forms the basis of an U.S. federal indictment pending in the Southern District of New York involving several individuals formerly affiliated with Super Micro Computer, Inc. (SMCI).
To be clear, SiamAI has not engaged in the export of AI servers to China. Siam AI is willing to cooperate in good faith with any inquiries or investigations conducted by the U.S. government. Further, Siam AI is committed to full adherence to all applicable U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations.
SiamAI will not make any statements on behalf of OBON, but does note, as a correction to recent press reports, that SiamAI maintains independent headquarters and does not share an office with OBON.

คำชี้แจงของ Siam AI ต่อรายงานข่าวของ Bloomberg News ลงวันที่ 8 พฤษภาคม 2569
บริษัท สยาม เอไอ คอร์เปอเรชั่น จำกัด (“Siam AI”) รับทราบถึงรายงานข่าวที่มีการเผยแพร่เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ ที่มีความพยายามเชื่อมโยงบริษัทฯ เข้ากับพฤติกรรมการขนส่งสินค้าบางประการอันเป็นมูลเหตุแห่งการฟ้องร้องในคดีอาญาของรัฐบาลกลางสหรัฐอเมริกาที่อยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาของศาลแขวงตอนใต้ของนครนิวยอร์ก (Southern District of New York) โดยมีบุคคลหลายรายที่เคยมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัท Super Micro Computer Inc. (SMC) เป็นผู้ถูกกล่าวหาในคดีดังกล่าว
ทางบริษัท ฯ ขอชี้แจงว่า Siam AI ไม่เคยดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งออก AI Server ไปยังประเทศจีนแต่อย่างใด และมิได้ถูกระบุชื่อเป็นจำเลยในคำฟ้องทางอาญาของทางการสหรัฐอเมริกา โดยทาง Siam AI ยินดีให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่กับการสืบสวนของรัฐบาลสหรัฐอเมริกา และมุ่งมั่นที่จะปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับของสหรัฐอเมริกาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมการส่งออกและการส่งออกต่อ (Re-export) ทุกประการอย่างเคร่งครัด
Siam AI มิได้แถลงการณ์ใด ๆ ในนามของ OBON แต่ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อนในรายงานข่าวที่ผ่านมาว่า Siam AI มีสำนักงานใหญ่เป็นของตนเองโดยอิสระและมิได้มีการใช้สำนักงานร่วมกันกับ OBON แต่อย่างใด
