Unlike other companies we keep our pricing structure straightforward and affordable across all products and services, this is for your peace of mind. We always strive to tell you what our service will cost before you commit to it and we don’t have any hidden extras!
SOFTWARE REPAIR
Most software repairs fall under our $450.00 maximum labour charge (which is the maximum amount which we will charge for labour towards any Windows based repair); for Apple devices the maximum labour charge is $550.00 which allows for the increase bench time needed to perform a full diagnostic on these systems.

Applications/Programs:
Debug issue in programs ranging from office crashes to game fixes, Internet/Network connectivity issues to miscellaneous program configurations etc. This can cover a list of issues you’re having with your computer which we can correct as part of your work order when you book it into our workshop. We also provide in-house PC Tune Up’s which allows us to tweak and clean your system to improve its overall performance.
Virus Removal:
Virus’s are a major concern and making sure your computer’s safe is an absolute necessity… We can advise you on better web practices to reduce the chances of you making the same mistakes again. Perform full virus sweeps to make sure all infected files have been removed and to correct any registries or other options which may have been altered due to the infection. We can also advise on potential browser utilities or added security suites which could offer you added security but match towards your needs.
HARDWARE REPAIR
Our standard hardware repairs start from $250.00 and never go over our maximum labour charge of $450.00 (Apple devices are charged the maximum labour of $550.00). We can offer to perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, hardware installation for component parts or peripheral devices and much, much more. As a further note we also create our own in-house custom build PC’s which are competitively priced at $2279.88.
Onsite (Callout)
Our workshop provide an high quality service, why not just bring our workshop to you?
We at The Computer Shop would normally advise that customers bring their IT issues directly into the shop… this is to allow us to provide you with the best competitive service we can. We also understand there are instances where coming to the shop isn’t easily available and we offer a service to suit you. Our callouts are $250.00 per hour for home users and $550.00 per hour for business users; We aim to have most repairs completed within the first hour but if this isn’t able to be done, we will take the unit back to our workshop to bring down the overall cost of the repair. We normally travel within a 25-mile radius of the shop but if you are outside of this area feel free to contact us for a quote.
