Phil Spencer does not hesitate to talk about the fact that someday Game Pass will be released outside the PC and Xbox ecosystem, but so far this is only in the project. In a recent interview with Games Radar, he said that in the near future, the subscription will not go beyond the platforms on which it already exists.

Even with the rumors about the release on the Nintendo Switch, the reason is simple - the fact is that neither Sony nor Nintendo want to see it on their platforms.
People often ask me about the release of a particular game. My point is that the Xbox provides a seamless experience. We have no plans to port the Xbox app to any other proprietary platforms, mainly because those platforms themselves don't want to host anything like Xbox Game Pass. On the other hand, we have a bunch of open platforms here: PCs, mobile devices and the web. It is on them that we will focus our attention. By the way, I do not blame those who do not want to let the Game Pass in. I perfectly understand his problems and the reasons why it is easier to refuse him.
