We are expanding at StuartWebDev and looking for ONE serious sales person to join our team.

Who we need:
• Ugandan
• Age 20–30
• Based in Kampala or nearby
• Confident and good at talking to people
• Strong English (spoken + written)
• Knows how to use WhatsApp, Facebook, email, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
• Has daily internet access
• Can sell to serious businesses online
• Can also do physical meet-ups if needed

Bonus if you know a bit about websites / web development.

Payment:
• Not fixed salary — this is 100% commission-based
• You earn 20% on every deal you close
• That’s around UGX 160,000 to 1,000,000+ per closed deal

What you’ll do:
• Find Ugandan businesses that need websites
• Reach out through WhatsApp, calls, and messages
• Talk to business owners professionally
• Share our website packages (we provide pricing + proposals)
• Handle objections and help close deals
• Once client pays 40% deposit, you get paid your commission

«If you can close even 2–4 good deals per month, you can make real money.»
