Stress Less! Weekly Crawl! 5-27-26

Join us on the mountain side for another weekly crawl!
This week we will be visiting WHITEWASH again!
A supreme spot for ALL crawler sizes from 1/30 to 1/6!
The hiking trails are perfect for rally cars/ Baja vehicles as well, for those that enjoy/ have rallies!

LOCATION: Whitewash (Tramway & Menaul)
- Piedra Lisa Canyon Trailhead
Time: 630Pm Meet up
7pm Departure

Friday Night Slides 5-23-26

Another awesome night of sliding. The numbers are growing... now if we could get everyone at the track at once... we'll call our drift trains "The Rail Runner" 🤣

We're also learning alot about our chassis and hopefully the tuning will come in a little better on the next session NEXT WEEK!

Weekend Shenanigans!!!

FRIDAY:
"Friday Night Slides" 2wd Drifting!!
Location: Snow Park (Indian School & Eubank)
Time: 7pm!
I will be there early to sweep and put the track down. We'll go till we had enough! If you're interested in RC drifting, stop on by, check out the cars and give one a test run!!

SATURDAY:
ABQ Food Truck Park "Grand Opening"
Location: Eubank & Menaul (SE corner)
Time: 11am-5pm.
I will personally try and be there around 12, just in time to enjoy some lunch and a nice day out!
I will also be driving around my gooseneck handing out Hot Wheels & stickers and will also have a couple WPL RC's for kids to try out!

SUNDAY:
Join the crew as we head to the Sandia mountains!! Enjoy the day outdoors as we hunt for new crawling spots along the crest road! (Crest is closed so we're looking for a new possible spot)

"THE PIT" offers tons of crawling for all different sizes from 1/30 to 1/6! There's also plenty of room down in the drainage ditch for bashers/ rally cars/ Monster trucks, etc.

- Based around 2wd, dedicated chassis' to drifting, this event is geared towards a relaxing night after a long week.
No one is racing or trying to pass anyone. Just chill vibes and smooth slides. Come kick it!

Stress Less! Weekly Crawl!!

Join us Wednesday for another weekly crawl!

Location: Spain & Tramway
(Michael Emery Trailhead)
Time: 630pm meetup, 7pm rollout!

Crawling at Spain is a special spot for a lot of RC enthusiasts, as it's "home" for many other members and groups and a very frequented spot for "comps"
Offering tons of crawling suitable for ALL RCs! From 1/30 to 1/6th scale, Spain has it all!
The only catch is there is a little longer hike to get to the spot. So if you've never been OR don't remember the exact location, please be on time and join the group as we travel together to the spot!

We are out at the IntelliTec College for their annual car meet!
Stop on by for the car show, vendors, food trucks and more!! 10am-2pm!!

It was an awesome day out at the ABQ Dragway! Tons of vendors, people, food and FUN!
The group sold some stuff... bought some stuff...drive some stuff and definitely BROKE some stuff 🤣 thanks to everyone that was able to make it out!

Thank you to Michael for allowing us to be there, our spot was perfect! We had lots of foot traffic and people were very happy. Thanks so much!

Julian's speed record still stands at an astounding 128MPH!
Unfortunately upon a warm up run, the grooves on the track broke the back end loose and he hit the wall, which damaged the ESC internally, ending his chances that day at attempting to beat his own record.
Thank you Julian for coming out and showing off your awesome RCs!!

Shout out to Sammy for helping setting this up and organizing the speed run challenge! Your time, effort and love for the group doesn't go unnoticed 🙏🏼
