I am placing an order for black lives matter yard signs from my printer. They are 18x24" two sided 4mm coroplast (see photo) and come with the metal stand. (So they are waterproof). If anyone wants me to print an extra for your yard, they're $10 for locals and I will deliver within a reasonable (20 miles?) distance. venmo is paypal.me/sandibruegger Feel free to pay when they come in. Should be a week or less, but please give me a number so I know how many to order.

A year ago today, we lost our dog Spencer. While we only had six years with him, his impact on our lives was huge. It led us to the Stand Up For Pits Foundation that we both support wholeheartedly. In his memory, we want to help support Angel Day. This is the third year SUFP will spay and neuter animals nationwide. We believe that spay & neuter are the only way we are going to fix the epidemic of overpopulation that leads to the killing of millions of pit bull type dogs (like Spencer). 100% of the funds from this campaign will go to Stand Up For Pits. Last year, the Foundation paid almost $75,000 to alter hundreds of pets. This year, the goal is to double that. Your purchase can help make that happen. Thank you for your support and for giving us a chance to make a difficult day something a bit brighter.

Last Monday, Katie invited me to come out to take some photos. Although I'm still working through the session, I wanted to get these posted because Katie had to say goodbye to Kiki tonight. We're going to miss her so much. That girl had so much personality and sass and went through three lifetimes of trials. But, she always landed safely in Katie's arms. Sleep well, sweet little Kiki Monster.

Just a heads up, if you need something done I have a backlog right now. If I haven't read/replied to your message it's usually because I am going to come back to it and want the notification to remind me. :)

Being a work at home mom (who also homeschools) means my schedule isn't contiguous. I'm often working at 9... 10... 11 at night or popping in and out of photoshop between tasks throughout the day. I try to work on projects as they come in (first come, first served) unless there is an urgency or it's a quick edit.

And then there are times like this where I'm just waiting to leave but don't have time to complete a project before I go. ;) Thanks for understanding and I'll get back with you as soon as I can!

Sweet Winston has had one step forward, two steps back, after being brutally stabbed. He fought to survive on the street after likely being dumped near the highway only to face a sadist while seeking shelter and warmth. Winston doesn’t deserve this. We just want his pain and suffering to end and VSS may have the solution. Unfortunately, it’s an expensive one and Found A Hound is an itty bitty foster only rescue. If you can spare $5 or $10 to help them help Winston, it would mean the world.

After speaking with the specialist, we’re on the same page and feel there has to be a foreign object somewhere in the wound that X-rays were unable to detect. Winston is scheduled for a CT scan and surgery on January 17. The estimate is anywhere from $1,300-$1,700. This will be his fourth surgery. This has been a tough year for FAHR regarding medical issues as we have taken on a lot of costly medical cases. We are also trying to raise funds for the three beagle family heartworm treatments and spay surgeries. There is always the fear of not having the money to follow through with treatments but somehow we always manage to make it with your help. As always, thank you for your support, shares and generosity.
