YMCA of the East Bay had one website trying to do everything … and wasn’t working for anyone. We joined forces to rethink what the Y’s digital home could be.

The result?

A new main site and three audience-specific microsites for Fitness, Early Learning, and Youth Programs. All powered by Drupal 11 and fully integrated with Daxko and GroupEx Pro.

This project didn’t just solve a problem. It is more than a redesign. It has set a new standard for how YMCAs can connect with their communities online.

When a research community grows, the platform behind it has to grow too.

Ocean Acidification Information Exchange supports more than 1,500 scientists, educators, and policymakers, but their legacy system made social interaction harder to maintain and evolve.

We partnered with OAIE to replatform the entire community to Open Social, migrating years of users and content while rebuilding how profiles, teams, discussions, events, and documents work together.

The result is a faster, more accessible, and easier-to-maintain platform, built for long-term scientific collaboration.
