Be sure you're making the most of the content you work so hard to create!
When you create a piece of content, think about your end goal. Are you driving people to make a purchase? Are you trying to boost your site traffic? Are you looking for follower engagement?
Once you know your end goal, use that piece of content across all the platforms. Be sure to link appropriately - if you want people to purchase, make it easy for them to find the checkout. If you're working on site traffic, be sure to include a link to your website.
All too often, we see people producing beautiful content that takes you nowhere. Be sure you're maximizing the power of what you're producing.
Final tip: if you're recording podcasts, use both the audio and the video. You're putting so much time into producing that podcast - make sure the material is everywhere, in a variety of forms.
