Went out to a 1 desk office to troubleshoot a office printer that did not print.

Found it hooked up with usb cable, even though their switch is sitting on that desk…
Got a cat6 jumper from my bag, 1 minute onsite to resolve something broken since Friday.

Their IT guys must had a bad day…
(Im not contracted with them, salesperson asked me to do a basic assessment, to try to save the day!)
