Polygraf

Polygraf We redefine AI security for critical operations. Polygraf AI offers advanced AI-native solutions to combat AI-driven fraud, data leaks, and compliance risks.

Our proprietary Small Language Models enable organizations detect, explain & mitigate AI risks - from data leakage and compliance violations to deepfakes - using local, explainable & auditable AI solutions. As artificial intelligence advances, organizations face new risks from confidential data loss, data breaches, misinformation, and fake or synthetic content. Polygraf AI enables organizations to

identify, monitor & and mitigate these emerging threats and secure sensitive data with its proprietary, agentic AI solutions, while maintaining compliance with evolving regulations. The company was named ‘Best in Show’ at SXSW 2025, where it also won in the Enterprise, Smart Data, FinTech & Future of Work category. It was also recognized as Top AI & Data Product (2025), Top AI Governance Product (2024), Top AI Content Detection Product (2024) in the prestigious Product Awards by Products That Count, and is ranked Top Analytics Startup to Watch Globally by Dealroom.

AI safety and AI security are not the same thing.

AI Safety is what a model does wrong on its own: hallucinating, drifting, getting biased. You fix it during training and evaluation.

AI Security is what an attacker makes the model do – by injecting malicious instructions, stealing data, hijacking agents. You fix it at runtime.

Different attack surfaces require different controls.

The type of AI security control that Polygraf AI provides - a real-time AI Behavioral Control Plane that enforces policy, protects sensitive data, and provides auditable control over both human and agentic AI activity.

AI safety helps make models better.
AI security helps make AI usable in the enterprise.

SOF Week 2026 is now behind us.

One thing we continue to hear from key defense players - the question is not if AI belongs in mission workflows - but how to use it without exposing IL, operational risk, and other sensitive data. How do you deploy AI in sensitive or disconnected environments? How do you make sure it doesn't leak, hallucinate into a bad decision, or become a liability in the field?

Those are the problems we've built Polygraf’s for. Our AI Behavioral Control Plane intercepts and governs every AI interaction, inline and in run-time - enforcing organizational policy on inputs and outputs, across user-facing and agentic AI, with zero data leaving your environment. Runs on existing infrastructure at sub-100ms latency. No GPU required.

For teams working through these questions, let's talk. Drop a comment or send us a message.

Excited to announce that Polygraf AI has been recognized as a Representative Vendor in the 2026 Gartner® Market Guide for Guardian Agents.

Gartner states that Guardian agents supervise AI agents, helping ensure agent actions align with goals and boundaries. They monitor and block risky actions and are evolving from a collection of services to autonomous agents that enforce policies across platforms. AI leaders can use this Guide to understand the market and vendors. Through 2028, at least 80% of unauthorized AI agent transactions will be caused by internal violations of enterprise policies concerning information oversharing, unacceptable use or misguided AI behavior rather than from malicious attacks.

At Polygraf AI, that's exactly what we built: a real-time AI Behavioral Control Plane that enforces policy, protects sensitive data, and provides auditable control over human and agentic AI activity.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to their country.

Freedom isn't free. It's purchased at the highest possible cost - and today, we remember those who paid it.

To the fallen and their families: thank you.

From the team at Polygraf AI - wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day.

In 2018, it took 2.3 years for attackers to exploit a vulnerability. In 2026, that number is just 2.1 days.

We're seeing a structural collapse - and AI is what broke the curve. AI-assisted attacks automated what used to take months: reconnaissance, exploit development, weaponization. The defense window didn't shrink on its own. It was slammed shut from the outside.

The AI your organization is deploying is the attack surface that's being targeted. And most enterprises have zero behavioral controls on how their AI systems operate.

At Polygraf AI, we've approached this differently - enforcing AI behavior at the point of interaction, before data reaches a model, and before a prompt becomes a liability.

The window for reactive security is gone. The controls need to be already there.

SOF Week is around the corner, and our calendar at Booth #5500 is almost at capacity.

We’ll be running live demos of air-gapped AI guardrails on working systems - built for the edge, built for the mission. If you want a private 1:1 with our team - leadership, engineering, or defense sales teams, leave a comment or contact us below.

If you're with a USSOCOM component, program office, or coalition partner working on mission-critical AI deployments, please prioritize reaching out before the show. The week fills up fast.

We’re pleased to welcome Darren Lee to Polygraf AI’s Board of Directors.

Darren brings deep enterprise cybersecurity leadership to Polygraf, having spent 14 years at Proofpoint, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Threat Protection. In that role, he helped scale email security, identity protection, and threat intelligence solutions across global customers in financial services, healthcare, government, and other regulated sectors.

As we continue to expand our AI Behavioral Control plane platform for enterprise and government customers, Darren’s experience building and scaling category-defining security products will be invaluable.

This quarter, 80% of enterprise apps shipped with an AI agent inside them.

Only 14% of those agents got security review on the way out the door.

What that means in practice: A Vercel employee gave an AI tool "Allow All" access to his enterprise Google Workspace. The AI vendor got compromised. Vercel's internal database is on BreachForums right now with a $2M price tag.

So the question isn't whether to slow adoption down. Nobody's slowing it down. The question is what you do about the agents already running.

Visualize every agent and OAuth grant you've got.
Control the scope of what they can reach.
Enforce at the data layer when scope alone isn't enough.

That's what we built Polygraf AI to do.

"An AI notetaker does not know the difference between a trade secret, a legal responsibility, or a general introduction call. It captures everything with equal fidelity."

— Yagub Rahimov, Founder & CEO of Polygraf AI, in his new Cybersecurity Insiders piece on the insider threat hiding inside your Zoom and Teams calls.

The argument: AI meeting assistants have outpaced enterprise governance. They hold OAuth grants to calendars and inboxes, route conversations to external LLMs with opaque retention, and sit inside the exact discussions, M&A, legal strategy, and regulatory response that traditional security architectures were never designed to protect.

Yagub's case is that this is a category problem. Firewalls, EDR, DLP, and SIEM evaluate traffic and endpoints. None of them evaluate conversational context. That gap is where the IP is leaking.

Read it if you're responsible for what gets said inside your enterprise, not just what moves across its perimeter.

SOF Week is almost here and Polygraf AI will be there!

SOF Week brings together USSOCOM, operators, and industry partners for the most critical conversation in defense: aligning emerging tech with real-world mission needs. This year, that conversation has to include AI security – and we’ll be discussing how mission teams can adopt AI without losing control of sensitive data, operational integrity, or decision advantage.

What we want to talk about:
→ Securing IL4/5/6 data when AI tools are in the workflow.
→ Detecting deepfakes and synthetic content before they hit decision cycles.
→ Running AI guardrails in air-gapped and mission-controlled environments.
→ Enforcing AI policy in real time, before sensitive information leaves the boundary.

If you're shaping how special operations adopts AI, or worried about how the other side already has, come find us.
