A first generation Filipina-American, her first comic book "Where Are You From?: Short stories about being Asian in America" revolved around her understanding and navigation of her Asian-American identity. She also created a yea

r-long, nearly 200 page compilation of drawings documenting her time at Colgate University and during school breaks. Each drawing was rendered in the moment-- during an hour-long lecture, event, date... Since, she has continued a variation of this project on instagram () where she documents the conversations she has during her daily interactions with friends, family, and total strangers.
