Real ground-truth moment: our report claimed three rivals had "no Google rating." Live check showed one had 4.8 stars and 32 reviews. The system caught its own error, we rewrote the rule that caused it, and every report since says "rating not retrieved" instead of pretending absence is evidence. That's what taking accuracy seriously looks like.
